Respond and handle customer service requests and enquires.
Coordinate and schedule service/ delivery order with customer, shipping agent and internal staff.
Monitor the services being provided and stay up to date on any services being introduced or discontinued
Handles commercial quotation, invoices and payment status with customer.
Oversee and involvement in service/parts sales.
Maintaining proper filing of documentation
Evaluate the quality of all services and identify areas that need improvements
Require to hold service hotline mobile
Requirements:
Nitec Certificate / Diploma in Business Administration or Engineering.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential
Able to work independently as well as a team player with strong interpersonal and excellent communication skill.
Strong record-keeping and analytical skills
Proficiency in SAP will be an added advantage
Proven work experience as customer service or similar role.
Experience in service coordination for Marine industry will be an added advantage.
