This is a permanent opportunity, and its location is Singapore. About the Position:
As a Service Coordinator Executive, you will be responsible for:
  • Creation and updating of orders & other records in ERP systems (SAP & CRM) and FS Mobility Tools.
  • Coordination of resources, costs, and time schedule for the Field Service work orders in cooperation with the agents, customers, and service coordination team.
  • Prepare, follow up and provide quotation to customer.
  • Follow FS guidelines / procedures to TECO the job orders.
  • Travel administration of the FS engineers
  • Checking and monitoring all expense claims related to the order are files correctly and on time.
  • General admin such as organizing, filing and permit applications.
  • Familiar with the local legislative system and process into shipyards or onboard vessels offshore.
  • Other duties as assigned

To be successful in this role, you should:
  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering or related field with at least 2-3 years of related experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Familiar with SAP tools is a plus
  • Good team player who is self-driven
  • Worked with Middle East and India customer is a plus point to be considered.
  • Able to work on rotating weekly standby duties (including weekends)
