What You'll Be Doing
Manage customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or fax, ensuring prompt resolution and closure.
Prepare quotations, create job orders, and manage documentation for service activities.
Coordinate and schedule service jobs, liaising with engineers, subcontractors, customers, and relevant authorities.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including uploading reports, feedback, and updates.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide regular progress reports to managers.
Track recurring service issues and recommend process improvements.
Identify opportunities for additional service, maintenance, or upgrade work.
Support audits and inspections by preparing and providing necessary documents.
Raise purchase orders and service requests, and prepare related shipping documents.
Arrange travel bookings and logistics for service personnel when required.
Manage issuance of materials and parts, and raise purchase requisitions as needed.
Maintain service staff schedules and ensure proper documentation and file organization.
Process and monitor warranty claims.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
What We're Looking For
GCE N/O/A Level
holders with
3-4 years of relevant experience
, or
Diploma in Business Administration
with
1-2 years of related experience
.
Experience with
NetSuite
software will be an advantage.
