:
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival- Take and serve orders promptly and accurately- Provide product recommendations and assist customers with their selections- Use upselling techniques to enhance overall store sales- Set and achieve sales targets to contribute to team performance- Handle cashier duties, including processing payments and balancing the till- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the day- Restock items and keep the store well-organized at all times
Job Requirements:
- Positive, friendly, and helpful attitude- Willing to learn and work as part of a team- Prior experience in F&B or retail is an advantage- Able to commit to work overtime if required- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays- Able to perform shift work
Compensation:
- Working location: walking distance from Havelock MRT- Working hours: 5 days per week; Shift between 10:30am - 10:30pm, breaks included as per schedule (44 hours/ week)- Staff meal provided daily- Training provided- OT Pay- 14 days annual leave- Performance bonus- Opportunity to grow with the company
