Ensure orderly operation runs through strict following of service sequence and standards . Interact with and manage customers and their feedback professionally and diplomatically, and appropriately refer such instances to the Manager on Duty. . Promotes good branding image of the unit through ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. . Check, clear and clean tables . Manage POS and cashiering duties . Prepare and serve food and drinks according to brand SOPs . Keep the Manager on Duty updated on any issues related to food & service . Adheres to the company's policy on grooming . Comply with all safety and hygiene standards as required by the Company and respective regulations Requirements . Responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment . Excellent team player, self-motivated, well-organized .
