Hiring Now - Multiple F&B Positions Part-Time

Join our growing team in a vibrant, fast-paced restaurant environment! We're looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated individuals to fill the following roles:

Front of House (Service Team)

1. Service Crew / Wait Staff

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers warmly Take orders (manual or via POS system) Serve food and beverages promptly Clear and reset tables efficiently Provide basic menu knowledge (allergens, recommendations) Upsell add-ons and handle simple customer queries

2. Runner / Food Runner

Responsibilities:

Deliver food from kitchen to tables accurately Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house on timing Carry multiple plates/trays safely Clear empty dishes quickly Maintain speed and efficiency during peak hours

3. Cashier / POS Operator

Responsibilities:

Operate POS system accurately Process payments (cash, card, e-wallets) Handle take-away orders and issue receipts correctly Balance cash drawer at end of shift

4. Barista

Responsibilities:

Brew coffee using espresso machine Prepare standard drinks (espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.) Froth milk and perform basic latte art (depending on skill level) Maintain cleanliness of coffee station Understand coffee beans, grind size, and brewing methods

5. Bartender

Responsibilities:

Mix and serve cocktails and beverages Pour beer/wine and share basic drink knowledge Operate bar tools and equipment Maintain stock and cleanliness at the bar Check IDs and follow alcohol service regulations Engage customers at the bar counter

Back of House (Kitchen Team)

6. Kitchen Helper / Steward

Responsibilities:

Wash, peel, and chop ingredients Portion food and assist cooks during prep Wash dishes and utensils Keep kitchen surfaces and floors clean Support overall kitchen hygiene

7. Cook / Commis Cook

Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients and mise en place Cook simple dishes (frying, grilling, sauteing) Follow recipes and portion standards Operate kitchen equipment safely Maintain hygiene (NEA standards) Support senior chefs during service

8. Chef (Station Chef / Chef de Partie)

Responsibilities:

Manage a specific kitchen station independently Supervise commis and kitchen helpers Ensure consistency in taste and presentation Handle timing and coordination during busy service Monitor stock and inventory for your station Enforce hygiene and food safety standards

9. Dishwasher / Cleaner

Responsibilities:

Wash dishes and kitchenware thoroughly Sanitise cutlery and crockery Clean kitchen floors, bins, and storage areas Assist in waste management and recycling Support overall outlet hygiene

10. Outlet Supervisor (Restaurant)

Responsibilities:

Lead front-of-house team during shifts Assign tables/zones and ensure service flow Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations Monitor staff punctuality, grooming, and performance Perform end-of-day closing, cashing, and reporting

Requirements (for all roles):

Positive attitude and good communication skills Team player with a sense of responsibility Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Prior F&B experience is an advantage (training provided for entry-level roles)
