Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as
Service Crew
members. If you have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to meet you!Job Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival Take and serve orders promptly and accurately Provide product recommendations and assist customers with their selections Use upselling techniques to enhance overall store sales Set and achieve sales targets to contribute to team performance Handle cashier duties, including processing payments and balancing the till Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the day Restock items and keep the store well-organized at all times
Requirements:
Positive, friendly, and helpful attitude Willing to learn and work as part of a team Prior experience in F&B or retail is an advantage Easily accessible from Havelock MRT
Work Schedule:
5 working days per week (2 off days assigned by the manager) Total: 44 working hours per week Shift timings fall between 10:30 AM - 10:30 PM Breaks included as per schedule
