Job Description
SMI Vantage (SMI) is an investment and management company. SMI adopts a diversified business model to capitalize on the strong trends in New Economy including Travel Retail , F&B & logistics.Service Crew (F&B) are the face of our restaurant and responsible for customers\xe2\x80\x99 dining experiences. You will attend to customers upon their entrance to the restaurant and ensure appropriate attention is given to customers (including presenting menus, serving, food and drinks selection enquiry). Prior to customers\xe2\x80\x99 arrival, preparation of tables with special attention to sanitation and setting is required.
- Provide courteous and efficient food and beverage services to the customers
- Ensure cleanliness and good ambient within the restaurant and have tables ready for dine-in customers (for dine-in outlets)
- Attend and respond to customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs promptly and professionally
- Answer questions or make recommendations (new products, offers) to customers
- Assist in the serving of the menu-items to restaurant patrons at their seats
- To work closely and cultivate strong teamwork with all colleagues and ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to company\xe2\x80\x99s standard operating procedures
- Any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned
