Service Crew (full Time) 5 Days Work Week

Job Description


The primary role of the Service, Crew is to provide support to the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager and any other persons or companies assigned, in a professional and timely manner. This individual possesses communication, service oriented, friendly, approachable, people management skill and good team player.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and provide excellent service experience to all customers
  • Take orders in system, serve customers, and clear tables
  • To perform duties at the cashier, ensuring that payments are being charged correctly
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Adhere to Operational SOP\xe2\x80\x99s set-in place to ensure a seamless operation
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the establishment is up to standard
  • Manage stock take and inventory for retail items.
  • Communicate with both patrons and team members with regards to recommendations and feedback
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Previous work experience in F&B is an advantage.
  • High standard of personal hygiene
  • Able to communicate in English. Ability to speak and understand other languages would be an advantage
  • Good working attitude and an outgoing individual with a passion in customer service
  • Friendly and enjoys meeting people
  • Energetic, cheerful, and vibrant
  • Location: Tras Street Nearest MRT: Tanjong Pagar / Telok Ayer
