• Offer friendly and efficient service to customers
• Provide menu recommendations to customers
• Process customer orders via Point-of-Sale (POS) system
• Ensure all items are prepared and served promptly
• Assist with setting and clearing table for various meal period
• Assist shift manager in planning and organizing special events
• Escalate customers\' feedback to the shift manager
• Follow proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards
• Any other duties assigned by the manager

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in the F&B or Retail industry will be a plus!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent team player and friendly individual
• High initiative and positive attitude
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
• 5 days work week (for full-time positions; service crew)
• 2-3 days work week (for part-time positions; service crew)
