Job Description
Your Role
You will be responsible for serving food and providing customers with the best service. This is a non-halal-certified Take-Away Concept food establishment (NO PORK menu items).
What Will You Do
- Take customers order
- Assist in preparing ingredients/sauces based on customer\'s order (Scoop all the pre-cook ingredients inside a bowl)
- Put the bowl inside a machine for it to cook
- Serve the meal to customers
- Maintain the overall cleanliness of the restaurant
- Provide customer service to all guests with high quality
- Offer menu and promotions to all customers
- Provide recommendations and promote different food to guests
- Serve food and beverages to different diners efficiently
- Process payment and check bills accurately
- Maintain the overall cleanliness of the restaurant
- Any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Preferred to have relevant working experience in the F&B industry
- Able to provide excellent customer service
- Possess the willingness to learn
- Candidates must be able to work well in teams
- Capable in working in a fast-paced F&B setting
- Able to commit on weekends and public holidays and rotational working days
