Job Description
Your Role
You will be responsible for serving food and providing customers with the best service.
What Will You Do
- Provide customer service to all guests with high quality
- Make reservations for restaurant
- Answer inquiries of anything related to restaurant
- Greet every diner promptly and courteously
- Offer menu and promotions to all customers
- Provide recommendations and promote different food to guests
- Take and ensure orders are correct
- Assure customers by providing them with an estimated waiting time
- Aid in clearing and setting of tables
- Serve food and beverages to different diners efficiently
- Process payment and check bills accurately
- Maintain the overall cleanliness of the restaurant
- Preferred to have relevant working experience in the F&B industry
- Able to provide excellent customer service
- Possess the willingness to learn
- Candidates must be able to work well in teams
- Capable of working in a fast-paced F&B setting
- Able to commit on weekends and public holidays and rotational working days
