Job Description

Guide customer to their assigned seats Take food and beverage orders from guests before or during the show Deliver orders in a timely and courteous manner Assist with basic cleaning duties in the venue Provide information or assistance to guests when needed Ensure compliance with venue safety and hygiene standards Coordinate with the supervisor or F&B team for order handling and service flow.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

Positive attitude and strong sense of customer service Comfortable interacting with guests in a polite and professional manner Able to handle light physical tasks (walking, carrying trays, cleaning) Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Previous experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory * Basic Mandarin communication skills preferred
