Principal Accountabilities
Your main responsibilities as a Crew are to:
Greet and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner
Be the subject matter expert of all menu items
Follow all counter service procedures and operate cash register system
Follow all food preparation procedures to ensure only high quality food is served
Ensure that the restaurant is kept clean at all times
In addition, your extra responsibilities include the following areas:
Achieving targeted service time and accuracy standards
Responding to customers' needs immediately in a pleasant manner
Following performance standards for assigned stations
Consistently practices food safety, cleanliness and sanitation procedures
Following management directions and observing restaurants' policies
Following guidelines on hygiene and personal grooming
Following cash handling policies and procedures, when applicable
Performing general housekeeping and cleaning duties as per assigned
Communicating, Coordinating and Cooperating with co-workers at all times
Providing assistance to co-workers in accomplishing tasks
Providing both positive and corrective feedback that affects your shift or restaurant
Ensuring your work station is cleaned and stocked before leaving it to another co-worker
* Performing any other duties as assigned by the Management Team
