Work location: Raffles City Shopping Centre / One Holland Village Work Schedule: 5 workdays, 44 hours per week Sign-on bonus (Terms and conditions apply) Staff incentive program On-the-job Training provided
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides smooth and efficient service at the Restaurant ensuring that standards are always met Presents menu/drinks list, answers inquiries and provides recommendations to guests after assessing their needs and preferences Strives to provide excellent quality service to all guests Takes guest orders and serves without unnecessary delay Be familiar with and have good knowledge of the Outlet's Menu Maintains par stocks of beverages and guest supplies Clears and resets counters or tables Ensures all glasses are well polished Assists in stock inventory and maintains an accurate inventory record Standard service duties
REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B industry Min. secondary school education with 'O' level passes Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period would be preferred Possess Food safety and hygiene certificate Able to work on weekends and public holidays
