Job Description

Key Responsibilities





Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, escort them to tables, and provide information about specials or menu items.





Order Taking: Accurately take food and beverage orders, answer questions about the menu, and make recommendations.





Service and Delivery: Serve food and beverages to customers and ensure orders are delivered promptly. Payment Processing: Handle customer payments and process them accurately.





Order Accuracy & Repeat Orders: Repeat orders back to customers to ensure accuracy before completing them.





Guest Satisfaction: Check with customers to ensure their meal was satisfactory and address any concerns.





Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work and customer area by clearing tables, sweeping floors, and wiping surfaces.





Food Preparation (as needed): Assist with basic food preparation tasks and cooking to fill orders, following standard operating procedures (SOP).





Essential Skills





Customer service: A friendly, positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Teamwork: Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail: For accuracy in orders and maintaining cleanliness standards. * Knowledge of menus: Familiarity with food and beverage items to provide recommendations.
