Service Crew is to ensure that you deliver a high level of customer service, in a clean and safe environment. To provide dining service to all customers according to YAYOI service standard with "Customer FIRST" mind and good smile. Follow the operation manual, and able to carry out the assigned duties responsibly.
Responsibility
1) Greet with warm smile and lead guests to seat.
2) Describe the menu, when customer required.
3) Challenge to up-selling of F&B to enable to hit sales target.
- correct float / - if coins and notes are sufficient inform Manager to get extra coins and notes from bank, if needed.
8) Prepare bills and present to the customer.
9) Casher closing
10) Assist and coordinate activities of staff from preparing and serving Food & Beverage (F&B).
11) Clean the table.
12) Keeping cleanliness of dining area.
Requirement
No required experience in working for service crew in F&B operations. Only required to be motivate to work with team working and any interest in Japanese foods and/or F&B Services.
As per the job nature, you are require to work on-site.
Having a Food Hygiene Certificate will be an advantage.
You must be able to speak fluent English to coordinate with our teams.
