Position: Service Crew
Location: Antler & Ember (Bugis)
Working Hours: Shift-based (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner operations)
Responsibilities
Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
Serve dishes and drinks promptly according to restaurant standards.
Assist in setting up and clearing tables for service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area at all times.
Handle cashiering duties (billing and payments) as required.
Support smooth daily operations, including opening and closing duties.
Provide excellent customer service and handle guest requests or complaints professionally.
Requirements
Prior F&B service experience preferred but not essential (training will be provided).
Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented personality.
Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
