Greet guests warmly, guide them through our menu, explain options, and provide recommendations.
Accurately take orders, ensuring special requests are communicated to the kitchen.
Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
Assist guests with any questions they have about the food and services.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including preparing, clearing and resetting tables.
Work closely with kitchen staff and other service workers to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
No expereicne required, training will be provided
Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to speak both English and Chinese to communicate with our primary customers
Team player and friendly individual
High initiative and positive attitude
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
