Job Description
SERVICE CREW - Part-Time
(Locations: Tampines One, Changi City Point, Causeway Point, Suntec City etc)
Welcome customers into the restaurant & sit them Take & process customers' orders and generate their bills Provide answers to queries by customers regarding services and offers Clean all tables and get tables prepared for the next set of customers Assist kitchen staff and delivery staff whenever such assistance is required Assist to manage queue and/or reservations Support opening & closing of outlets including cleaning and washing soft serve machines, drink dispensers, etc Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Relevant experience in Hot-Pot F&B preferred Cheerful pleasant personality with a positive mindset Knowledge of hygiene policy and standards is a sure bonus Ability to carry out required tasks in an accurate manner A strong team player & able to maintain composure during rush hours Ability to deliver top-quality customer service Training will be provided for crews without experience Available at short notice

Part-time - between S$11 - S$20 per hour Choose between 30hrs package or 15hrs package Meal & uniform provided
