Job Description
Work Location: 6 Raffles Boulevard 02-280 Marina Square Singapore 039594 Salary: $2,300-3,500 Job Title: Service Crew (Ice cream Shop)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare raw ingredients to make different ice cream flavours according to SOPs provided
- Measure and weigh raw ingredients as per the gelato recipe
- Mix and freeze ingredients to make frozen desserts, for example, gelato and sorbets
- Pour mixed ingredients into freezing machine reservoir, and start machine to churn and freeze ingredients
- Remove frozen gelato mixture from the machine.
- Arrange and store gelato in the freezer
- Able to carry out efficient stock management and inventory control
- Liaise with suppliers for the stock supply
- Able to carry out efficient stock management and inventory control
- Handle daily opening and closing duties for the outlet
- Able to handle taking cake or ice-cream tub orders, assisting customers with making their selection and packing the orders
- Ensure cleanliness of the shop at all times
- Help to keep equipment clean and functional at all times
6-day work week, able to work on Saturdays and Sundays Rest day is weekday. $3500 has already included the OT for more than 44 hours a week. Candidate must work 6 days full in order to get $3500. Ideally, 44 hours a week is 4 days 12 hours exclude 1 hour rest time. It will be 4 days full.
