Working Location: Islandwide

Working hours: 5 days shift work

Job Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Bring customers to their tables and taking orders.

\xc2\xb7 Clearing and setting up of tables.

\xc2\xb7 Preparation of condiments, beverages and desserts.

\xc2\xb7 Serving of food and beverages.

\xc2\xb7 Sending of bills and cashiering.

\xc2\xb7 Answering phone call and customers\' inquiries.

\xc2\xb7 Cleaning of store - mopping, sweeping, wiping of glass and mirrors, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Attending to customers\' needs.

\xc2\xb7 Making daily sales report and updating maintenance report.

\xc2\xb7 Sorting invoices, recording food loss and assisting with petty cash claims.

\xc2\xb7 Ordering from suppliers, maintaining inventory list and stocktaking.

\xc2\xb7 Learn about food and beverage knowledge, and company\'s culture.

\xc2\xb7 Leading store\'s daily meeting - reviewing operations and sales.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure high standard of cleanliness and maintain good personal hygiene to adhere to company\'s image.

\xc2\xb7 Ad hoc duties assigned by superior/manager.

Job Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 No experience required as training will be provided.

\xc2\xb7 Candidates must possess at least N or O Level or equivalent.

\xc2\xb7 At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

\xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal and communication skills.

\xc2\xb7 Independent, self-motivated, resourceful and reliable.

\xc2\xb7 Able to work efficiently under pressure.

\xc2\xb7 Pleasant personality.

\xc2\xb7 Basic customer service skills.

\xc2\xb7 Good work ethics (integrity, teamwork, punctuality, respect)
