Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure that the Opening duties are carried out, glasses and plates are polished and properly stocked
Ensure that the restaurant is clean and tables are set up according to standards
Prepare the service area ready for service
Prepare the Mise en Place
Carry the dishes to the restaurant

What we are looking for Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous experience in a fine dining environment is preferred
Ideal candidate will have previous experience within F&B
Profound knowledge of customer service and of all beverage products.
Micros or other similar POS system knowledge is taken into consideration.
Ideally you will have a strong food and wine background.
Previous experience in a similar role and within a fast paced environment; Experience in luxury restaurant would be a distinct advantage;
Exceptional service standards with attention to detail;
Passion for hospitality with a friendly disposition to smile;
Good command of English with the ability to communicate confidently;
Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team;
