Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the guest\'s dining journey, ensuring they feel welcome, comfortable, and thoroughly attended to.
• Understand and effectively communicate our menu offerings, including food, beverages, and any specials, guiding guests to make informed choices that enhance their dining experience.
• Ambassador representing both the BYD and the respective restaurant brands, highlighting our unique concept and fielding any inquiries related to our electric vehicle offerings

Requirements: * Charismatic individual with service-driven to elevate our guests\' dining experiences

• Prior experience in the casual-premium dining sector.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Keen interest in or knowledge of the automotive industry, electric vehicles will be an added advantaged.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage time efficiently.
• Must be prepared to work on rostering shifts, weekends and public holidays.
