Our client is a Japanese Izakaya restaurant located at Orchard.:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.- Take customer orders accurately and provide recommendations when necessary.- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards.- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas, including dining and kitchen spaces.- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.- Uphold high standards of customer service and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.- Maintain a positive and teamwork-oriented attitude while working with colleagues.- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.Job Requirements:
- Working experience in F&B industry.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.- A positive and proactive attitude towards teamwork and customer service.Compensation:
