Have a good understanding of all food and beverage items.
Able to suggestively sell menu items to enhance guest experience.
Anticipate guest needs and provide recommendations when requested.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience working in a fast-paced high-end venue.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Capable of standing and working continuously for over 8 hours.
