We are looking for an energetic and leadership-driven individual to lead the service team. This role is ideal for experienced waitstaff with strong organizational skills who can ensure high-quality service for our guests. No experience needed, training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

To assist Restaurant Manager in operations of outlets to achieve sales and operational targets. Interact with customers and attend to any queries. Ensure the standard of service provided to customers at all times. Ensure outlet cleanliness throughout the day. Guide and assist new hire in operations. To be able to work at different outlets across Singapore. Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by Management.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent service mindset and team collaboration. 6-days work week including weekends, Rotating shifts. Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. To be able to work at different outlets across Singapore.
