Job Description
:
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the outlet
- Assist customers in arranging and allocating karaoke room
- Responsible for the preparation work of outlet opening and closing during operation hours
- Respond to customer\xe2\x80\x99s queries regarding services, food items or any other product related queries
- Maintain quality, service & cleanliness at all times according to outlet standards
- Must be customer service oriented
- Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work
- Ensure all cash floats are accurate at the end of each shifts
- Any other job related duties requested by senior staff
- MUST able to communicate in both English and Mandarin
- Proactive and good communication skills
- Service-oriented
- Team player
- Able to commit shift work, weekends and public holidays
- Willing to learn new software systems required for work
- Knowledgeable in Point of Sales (POS) is an advantage
- Good in oral and written communication
- Shift work required
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Serving: 1 year (Preferred)
