Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables. Provide exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
Order Taking:
Present menus, answer questions about dishes (including preparation and ingredients), make recommendations, and accurately record food and beverage orders using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
Food and Beverage Service:
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation standards are met.
Table Maintenance:
Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintain cleanliness in the dining area, and ensure dining supplies (cutlery, napkins, condiments) are well-stocked.
Handling Enquiries:
Address guest feedback and complaints politely, escalating issues to the manager when necessary.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure a smooth flow of service.
Adherence to Standards:
Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and hygiene standards.
Experience:
Previous experience in a chinese seafood restaurant setting is a plus, but not essential; training will be provided.
