Job responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, quality service
- Take orders and serve of food
- Able to use POS accordingly
- Able to handle customer feedback and service recovery
- Have knowledge in every dish and beverage served to provide explanations
- Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are kept up to standards all time
- Attend staff training
- Receive email and phone reservations
- Monitor and manage inventory
- Able to fulfil other required service related delegations
