Be a Barista with an outstanding team that makes up the front-of-house service crew. Learn hand pour drip and espresso extraction methods, managing inventory, operations and supervisory skills, in our specialty coffee bars : Chye Seng Huat Hardware and PPP Coffee (Funan). This is a role for you if you enjoy talking to, and being around customers in an energetic F&B environment. As a specialty coffee company at heart, you will get to experience the atmosphere and vibe of a well-known, homegrown, coffee company and gain exposure to the various segments of the specialty coffee industry in Singapore. Note: Chye Seng Huat Hardware and PPP Coffee(Funan) are not a halal-certified establishment.

• Specialty coffee brewing skills
• Cashiering duties
• To perform ad hoc runner/barback/host duties when required
• Daily operations
• Proper maintenance and care for all coffee equipment \xe2\x80\x93 includes thorough daily cleaning, after peak hours, as well as maintaining a clean work area throughout the day
• Good understanding of the various types of coffee range
• Ordering and managing inventory
• Beverage creation/preparation
• Managing internal and external events
• Supervisory and people skills

• Customer service attitude
• Able to multitask and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and in a team with a good learning attitude
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays
• Experience in coffee making is ideal, although not mandatory
• Work locations: Chye Seng Huat Hardware (Lavender) / PPP Coffee Funan (City Hall)
• 6-days work week
