• You will be the key contact for our clients regarding production support and help manage the relationship.
• Provide support for resolving problems and issues which occur in applications and the system operations of SimCorp Dimension to provide convincing and timely solutions to our clients.
• Application Configuration maintenance and enhancement, and daily operations of the applications (including monitoring and troubleshooting)
• You will be required to be onsite at client (CBD). Weekend/Public holiday works are required on occasion. Working extended hours might also be required on occasion.

What we value:

• A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Finance, Economics, IT or other relevant degree.
• Knowledge and experience in financial industry and/or issues - theoretical as well as practical
• You are good at working on and prioritizing multiple tasks at the same time.
• Proactive nature, service-minded and a natural ability for problem solving, enthusiastic, committed, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a time-sensitive setting
• Good client communication and presentation skills including listening skills, and fluency in English (spoken and written)
