Service Delivery Engineer (SDM) - Day 2
Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong in handling Service Delivery Management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in providing Service Delivery Operation and Day 2 Support. \xe2\x80\xa2 Technically inclined in handling Service Delivery and supporting Day 2. Manage the performance of services and ensure that Service Levels are met.
- Engaging the customer and/or vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of services when required
- Communicate and liasing with clients, stakeholders and vendors.
- Provide Service Performance Reports to clients
\xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated strong experience in handling Service Delivery Management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good Track Record in handling Day 2 Support and Maintenance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Technically incline in handling Support, Maintenance and Delivery.
- Possess Government or System Integrator Consulting domain.
- Experience with contract and vendor management
- Min. 4 years of Service Delivery Operation experience.
- Possess Diploma or Degree in relevant field.
