to oversee managed data center operations and structured cabling infrastructure for a major banking client. The SDM will ensure service delivery excellence within SLAs, drive customer satisfaction, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across physical infrastructure services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end data center and cabling operations under a managed services framework.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance, and operational standards.
Lead technicians, engineers, and vendors across multiple data center sites.
Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders and conduct service performance reviews.
Oversee cabling (copper/fiber), provisioning, and decommissioning activities.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Track and report on SLA performance, incidents, and service improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
8+ years in service delivery or operations management (data center & cabling).
3+ years supporting financial or regulated environments.
Strong understanding of ITIL, structured cabling standards, and data center operations.
Certifications: ITIL Foundation (required); PMP or ISO/IEC 27001 preferred.
Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, or DCIM tools.
