EXEO Global also continually invests in new businesses and technologies that complement the offerings of the Groups companies.For more information, please visitService Delivery ManagerThe OpportunityThis role is a bridge between EG and our business partner (a large Japanese telecommunications services company) and central to managing various stakeholders. The customer(s) is/are our business partners account. The incumbent will be managing projects which required close communication in English (especially real-time communication) with the client's overseas subsidiaries (non-Japanese IT staffs locate overseas) regarding IT design, construction, and operation.We are open to consider candidates residing in either Kuala Lumpur, Bali or Singapore.:

  • Communicate with local carriers and vendors to collect necessary information and implement necessary requests and respond to customers based in Japan and worldwide outside Japan.
  • Prepare report in written Japanese & English form, with content understandable by the stakeholders (via email, documents, or written report).
  • Align the understandings and requests which are received from customers Project Manager/Service Manager.
  • Coordinate between the carrier and vendor with strong service standard.
  • Negotiates with local customers, carriers and vendors based on an understanding of the contents of the contract with stakeholders and the service specifications provided (negotiation partners are not limited to APAC, but may be Westerners).
  • Negotiations with local customers, carriers, and vendors should be conducted within the scope agreed upon in advance with the customers Project Manager/Service Manager.
  • Follow the instructions of the customers Project Manager/Service Manager and the Legal Department when negotiating potential litigation risks.
  • For the reasons mentioned above, the person to fill this role should preferably be a person who is employed by or has experience in dealing with partners sales division
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision when tasks are assigned.
  • Any other ad-hoc assigned by superior.
Requirements
  • Working location is either at KL, Bali or Singapore office depending on incumbents residency.
  • Strongly bilingual in Japanese and English by writing and communication due to the necessary requirement of liaison with foreign counterparts for this post.
  • Bachelor /Diploma in Engineering/Business or any Technology fields
  • The ability to report the chronological order of events, causes, countermeasures, and measures to prevent recurrence of incidents.
  • Must be able to respond logically and calmly to additional and detailed inquiries from customers regarding the report.
  • Understand the common practices of carriers and vendors (global standards)
  • When an incident occurs across multiple carriers, vendors, etc., it should be possible to collect the information necessary to isolate the incident from each carrier and vendor.
