What You'll Do:
? Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
? Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively
? Assist with user account management and access requests
? Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system
? Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues when necessary
? Contribute to improving service desk processes and user experience
What We're Looking For:
? Minimum of 1 year experience in a service desk or helpdesk role
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
? Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and applications
