Our client is seeking

Service Desk Analysts/Assistant Engineer

to support a

24/7 Service Desk

, ensuring high availability of enterprise IT services and timely restoration of services in a mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities



Monitor enterprise IT networks and server systems Act as the single point of contact for users, resolver teams, and vendors Respond to hotline calls and emails within agreed SLAs Take ownership of incidents and service requests through to resolution Track, update, and close tickets within defined timelines Maintain accurate documentation and incident records

Requirements



Minimum Higher NITEC in IT or related discipline 1-2 years of relevant experience Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills Experience in a NOC / Service Desk environment is preferred Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays Able to work in a secure, no-camera environment
