EUC Support Engineer
Provides technical support, troubleshoots and resolves simple technical issues
Knowledge in ITSM Tools like Helix or service now
Log, escalate and follow through with issues raised by users.
Do small-scale planning on end-user devices deployment
Assist with the co-ordination in administration matters such as proposal preparation, project documentation and the facilitation of project meetings.
Display willingness to learn and is committed to provide service level excellence in everything that he does.
Able to articulate effectively and works well within a team.
Able to join short notice
