Job Profile Summary:
In this role, you will be providing first level Information Technology support to the Agency Distribution. As part of this dynamic role, you will work closely with various IT teams to provide an excellent experience to the Agency Distribution.

:

  • To handle walk-in, incoming calls and email enquiries from sales force with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers’ expectations
  • To follow up and resolve complains and to see to satisfactory closure
  • To work closely with team members and leaders to achieve quality results and productivity
  • To channel and escalate any unresolved issues/complains to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure
  • To participate in ad hoc projects as required
  • To proactively identify areas of service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to the team leader
  • To provide onsite system support if required

Working Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity in similar IT role

Education
  • Degree in Information Technology or related fields of study

Language
  • English
