What We're Looking For:
? 1+ years of experience in IT support or service desk role
? Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems
? Excellent communication and customer service skills
? Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
? Basic understanding of networking and hardware troubleshooting
? Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
