Position Purpose:

Contribute to the safe and timely collection, destruction, movement and transportation of confidential wastepaper and electronic storage devices of customers. Working as part of the Operations team to provide excellent customer service to the customers and support for the Operation Manager and Coordinators on a day-to-day basis.

Key Job Activities:

1) Drive Company-registered heavy motor car to carry out daily schedules of agreed routes and timings.
2) Securely destruct confidential documents.
Dismantling of electronic devices and destruction of hard drive data and media.
3) Comply with all statutory requirements related to Road Traffic Act and other relevant legislation connected to the vehicle, driver\xe2\x80\x99s hours and digital tachograph records, vehicle weight limits and speed limits.
Comply with Company standard operating procedures.
4) Act as a customer contact at delivery point of service.
Act in a polite and courteous manner to customers and road users at all times.
5) Attend specific work instructions, trainings and staff meetings as required
Undertake ad-hoc duties as required and display a flexible approach to working times and shifts requirements.
Comply with all reasonable management requests and operate to a high professional standard reporting any accident or incident and promptly completing all other Company documentation.
6) Complete vehicle checks prior to use, notify any defect to Operation Coordinators by filing the appropriate documentation.

Requirement:

Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s Class 4 Driving License (vehicles consist of heavy motor cars and motor tractors, the weight of which unladen exceeds 2,500 kilograms)
