This position will be responsible for security system service and maintenance according to company standards to ensure minimum system downtime and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Adecco is partnering with a well-known global systems integrator company.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the customer service representative to quickly and efficiently solve customers\' security system issues.
• Provide support and maintenance services such as routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades/expansions/alterations, and systems training.
• Increase customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Renew maintenance contracts as necessary.
• Ensure quality of Convergint services by strictly following company standards and policies to deliver a prompt and efficient response to all service requests in the region.
• Handle daily troubleshooting and follow up on all open technical issues until the problem is resolved.
• Take over all service issues from the project team after the external handover is complete.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or above in Electronic, Computer, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in the security industry with knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems is considered a plus
• Basic IT knowledge in hardware, networks, and databases
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Strong self-learning ability and able to work independently
• Customer-oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
