Company Overview
Our client is a leading provider of advanced energy solutions, specializing in the design, manufacturing, and servicing of power generation systems, including gas turbines and steam turbines. With a focus on reliability and customer support, they play a vital role in the evolution of the energy sector across Asia. As they continue to drive growth and expansion, they are now seeking a Service Engineer to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) customers, providing technical support for gas turbine power plants.
• Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, and vendors to plan and execute planned and unplanned maintenance.
• Analyse Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) metrics, reporting on KPIs to meet contractual obligations.
• Conduct on-site troubleshooting and provide technical advice during emergencies, including off-hours.
• Prepare and present clear technical documentation, including reports and proposals.
• Identify potential equipment failures with the remote monitoring hub and recommend preventive measures.
• Support the development of aftermarket sales opportunities and customer relationship management.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant engineering or technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience with gas turbines, steam turbines, or large-scale rotating equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on troubleshooting experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and diverse environments.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work flexible hours as needed.
