Job Description
Service Engineer (Chiller) - Up to $4,500 + Allowance + PB
Mon to Fri - 8.00am to 5.30pm Location: AMK Mobile and Transport Allowance provided
Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems Assuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning; verify and prepare payment to sub-contractors Remain actively involved in the implementation of department strategies and initiatives such as service value-chain businesses Update Service information system and follow up with all necessary paperwork diligently, timely and accurately for smooth operation of the department
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering 5 years of technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, chillers, ACMV or HVAC systems. Resourceful with good analytical and interpersonal skills Strong communication skills Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task * Possess Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
