Job Description

Location: Tuas (Company pick up available - West & North)Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 + OT + AWS + Performance bonusWorking days: Monday - FridayWorking hours: 8:30am - 4.30pmOur client is one of the world\'s largest manufacturers of hydraulic mobile cranes.:

• Product delivery training to distributors and customer
• Provide diagnosis guidance and analysing of fault found to Distributor / End-user, remotely via emails and/or calls
• Carry out field services at site in local and ASEAN countries.
• Furnish service report and recommendation of spare parts, assisting Parts team to locate correct spare parts from parts catalogue.
• Furnish Warranty claims and Quality report to drive quality improvement on our products.
• Willingness to work beyond office hours if required and any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma and/or certificates in Engineering with relevant working experience in construction machinery industry
• Able to read and understand Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic schematic diagram
• Possess valid Class 3 Driving License
