Offshore Field Service Engineer - Dynamic PositioningOffshore Field Service Engineer to support customers in South-East Asia, Oceania, and globally on Dynamic Positioning product range.Responsibilities:- Technical Support: Provide customer support, commissioning, and service on Maritime Dynamic Positioning products- Remote Support: Offer technical assistance through desk or mobile devices as required- Client Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with existing clients- Work Preparation and Execution: Properly prepare for and execute assigned work efficiently and effectively- Documentation and Reporting: Generate service reports, update drawings, and maintain databases- Performance Monitoring: Ensure performance standards are met, striving for continuous improvementQualifications and Experience:- (Entry Level) Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering- Relevant customer service experience preferred- Technical hands-on experience in the maritime industry with a background in automation, navigation, bridge, or DP systems- Technical experience with marine/offshore environmental sensors and marine positioning systems (preferred)- On job Training providedInterested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click "apply now" an updated copy of your resume in MS Word format.We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.PERSOLKELLY Singapore Pte Ltd
