Service Engineer (electrical)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To provide timely and effective response and technical support to assigned projects;
- To assist with onsite troubleshooting, maintenance & repair work, as well as installation and commissioning of machines and equipment;
- Attend inspection works and make adequate explanation to customers for the technical issues
- To support the Supervisor and/or Project Leader at all aspects of the project.;
- To provide 24x7 standby technical support for after office customer requirements;
- Diploma /Degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent;
- Min 2 years marine experience preferred
- Able to work comfortably with Microsoft office packages, i.e. Excel, Word;
- Good knowledge in marine diesel engine
- Be assertive, independent and proactive
- Able to multi-task;
- Able to travel overseas within short notice
- Possess good interpersonal skills and excellent team spirit
- Possess class 3 driving license
