Responsibilities

Perform on-site troubleshooting, identify root causes, conduct tests, and implement corrective solutions. Manage on-site work independently with minimal support from the technical office. Liaise with international manufacturers to resolve technical issues. Prepare and define site procedures for on-site activities. Produce detailed, illustrated service reports after every site visit. Participate in Site Acceptance Tests with clients, partners, and suppliers. Deliver spare parts directly to client sites when required. Maintain up-to-date documentation for service projects in accessible online storage. Receive and verify spare-parts deliveries, ensuring completeness and preparing delivery documentation. Manage RFQs for spare parts, clarify requirements with clients, and provide accurate responses. Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and partners, preparing competitive offers for clients. Ensure consistent project follow-up through regular communication with clients, partners, and suppliers locally and overseas. Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and messaging platforms.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.

At least 5 years of relevant working experience. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset. Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.

Willing to carry out troubleshooting and site coordination (based in Tuas), including resolving customer complaints and technical issues.

Strong communication and reporting skills, both written and verbal. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients, partners, and subcontractors. Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.

Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
