Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage after-sales and service-related activities.
• Responsible for Equipment installations pre-commissioning checks and commissioning on sites.
• Coordinating field work involving troubleshooting, reporting and resolution of any emergent warranty issues, liaising with HO on the warranty claims and reports.
• Technical back-up to field service staff to ensure technical queries are attended and settled prompt.
• Identifying and provide training for agents and end-users.
• Ensure completion of service task and submission report / expenses.
• Customer relationship management
• Provide timely feedback on overall market situation, competition, and new business opportunities.
• Prepare quotation for service and spare parts enquiries.
• Contribute to the establishment in Service Strategy and goals.
• Assist Service Manager in daily service matters and overseas assignment when required.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in servicing of equipment (electrical/electronic/mechanical).
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills in English. Able to communicate in Chinese is a plus (Taiwanese customers)
• Demonstrate good skills and ability in technical troubleshooting.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and is a team player.
• Must be prepared for some overseas travelling when required.
