Service Engineer (hvac/ Acmv/ Chiller)

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, including on-site visits.
- Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems.
- Address dissatisfied customers promptly by providing resolutions for any product or service issues.
- Offer guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing, and commissioning; verify and prepare payments to sub-contractors.
- Actively involved in implementing department strategies and initiatives, such as service value-chain businesses.
- Update the service information system and diligently follow up with all necessary paperwork in a timely and accurate manner to ensure smooth department operations.
- Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of technical experience in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems.
- Able to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Good to have Class 3 driving licence.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
